Cancellation Policy
Please note that any changes or cancellations to an order must be made within 24 hours of placing the order. After this period, the order may have already entered the processing phase, making it difficult to accommodate your request. If you do cancel your order within 24 hours, we will process your refund within 7 business days.

Damaged Items
We take great care in packaging our products to prevent damage during shipping. An item is considered damaged if it has a defect or is physically broken. Please note that damaged packaging such as dented boxes, where the product itself is in good condition, does not qualify as damage.
If your item arrives damaged, please notify us within 72 hours of delivery. To report a damaged item, email us at hello@aerospand.com and include a clear photo of the damage. We will determine if you are eligible for a replacement at no cost to you. Please note that we do not refund, replace, or accept returns for items damaged through normal use, wear and tear, or misuse.
Shipping and Delivery
While we strive to deliver your order promptly, we cannot be held responsible for any shipping or delivery delays that are beyond our control, including those caused by the courier, customs, or other unforeseen factors during transit. If you encounter any issues with your delivery, please contact the courier directly for assistance. Aerospand™ is not responsible for any lost, stolen, or delayed packages.
Incorrect Shipping Address
It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure the correct shipping address is provided at checkout. If an incorrect address is used and we are not notified within 24 hours of placing your order, we cannot guarantee a resend or a refund.
